You acquire this Level by accumulating 30 Mexicana,
MexicanaClick and/or MexicanaLink flights or by accumulating
25,000 GO Points in Mexicana, MexicanaClick
and/or MexicanaLink flights.

Get this level flying with Mexicana, MexicanaClick,
MexicanaLink, and oneworld affiliated airlines.

GO BENEFITS:

MexicanaElite Class Upgrades:

• In Mexicana and MexicanaClick operated flights.
• Traveling along with one companion on the same flight,
  schedule, and elegible classes.
• By requesting it one day before flight departure as well as
  return if both occur on the same or the next day from the beginning of the trip.
• Eligible Classes*:
• • - Y, B, H for Europe and Buenos Aires.
  • - Y, B, H, K for São Paulo.
  • - Y, B, H, K, M for all the rest of the Mexicana routes.
  • Subject to availability on "D“ Class. Subject to changes without previous notice in accordance to the Program’s Terms and Conditions.

25% additional GO Points:

• In Mexicana, MexicanaClick, and MexicanaLink flights.

Access to the MexicanaElite lounges network:

• For the Member along with one companion traveling on the same schedule in Mexicana, MexicanaClick, and MexicanaLink flights.

Priority:

• In airport counters, flight schedule change waiting lists, at boarding Mexicana, MexicanaClick, and MexicanaLink flights, as well as in baggage handling.

• Priority for oneworld flights in:

WELCOME KIT:

WHEN YOU REACH AND/OR MAINTAIN A LEVEL, you will receive, at your registered address, your Welcome Kit, which includes:

• A plastic card, which you can also print from the Your GO Account/Print your card section.
• Luggage ID.

GO LEVEL:

Periods for each Level

Each Member has two periods within each Level:

• Level Qualifying Period.
• Level Validity Period.

Level Qualifying Period

The Qualifying period for reaching or maintaining a Level is that which spans from January 1 to December 31 of each year and during which you must accumulate the necessary LEVEL QUALIFYING GO POINTS* or LEVEL QUALIFYING FLIGHTS**.

LEVEL QUALIFYING GO POINTS*: 25,000
LEVEL QUALIFYING FLIGHTS**: 30

*LEVEL QUALIFYING GO POINTS: These are Points accumulated for Mexicana, MexicanaClick, MexicanaLink, and oneworld-affiliated airline flights.

**LEVEL QUALIFYING FLIGHTS: These are direct flights between two destinations with Mexicana, MexicanaClick, MexicanaLink, and oneworld-affiliated airlines.

NOTE:

• Every year, on January 1st, Qualifying Point and Flight counters will reset and start counting from zero.
• You will have to make at least two single flights with Mexicana, MexicanaClick, or MexicanaLink during a 12-month period in order to make oneworld-affiliated airlines flights valid, so you can maintain or upgrade your MexicanaGO Level.

According your amount of Level Qualifying Points or Flights, you will be able to:

• 1. Upgrade your Level: This will apply if the Level Qualifying GO Points and/or Flights required for a superior Level are accumulated.
• 2. Maintain your Level: This will apply if the Level Qualifying GO Points and/or Flights required for the current Level are accumulated.
• 3. Descend to a lower Level: This will apply if the Level Qualifying GO Points and/or Flights required for maintaining the current Level are not accumulated.

Level Validity Period

A one-year period, beginning on the next March 2nd from the date of your Level acquisition and ending on March 1st of the following year, during which Members will be able to enjoy all of that Level’s benefits.

In addition to the LEVEL VALIDITY PERIOD, MexicanaGO GRANTS YOU A COURTESY PERIOD, which will start on the same day you qualify for a Level and end on the next March 1st from that date. This courtesy period may be of one and up to 364 days, depending on how fast you reach your Level.

These are examples of Level Qualifying and Validity Periods:

• Level Qualifying Period in 2010: from January 1st to December 31, 2010.
• On April 26, 2010, you will accrue 25,000 Level Qualifying GO Points or 30 Level Qualifying Flights.
• You acquire the Explore Level with a Level Validity Period from March 2nd, 2011, to March 1st, 2012.
• Additionally, MexicanaGO will grant you a courtesy period from April 26, 2010 to March 1st, 2011 so you can start enjoying your benefits right away.

Note: You can continue accumulating Level Qualifying GO Points and/or Flights up until December 31, 2010, for acquiring a superior Level.
