MexicanaElite Platinum Card is a courtesy provided by Mexicana
to some of its corporate clients if they are part of the MexicanaGO
Program.

If you have a MexicanaElite Platinum Card enjoy exclusive privileges
at your pleasure or business trips.

GO BENEFITS:

MexicanaElite Class Upgrades:

• In flights of Mexicana and MexicanaClick.
• With one companion traveling in the same flight,
  itinerary and applicable classes.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS:

• Will be assigned in waiting rooms depending on seat availability.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS:

Requesting your upgrade up to 5 days before your departure, as well as the return if its within 5 days after starting the trip. In case there was no request, upgrades may be assigned in wating rooms depending on class availability. Subject to availability in “D” class.

Applies when booking in the following classes*:

• - Y, B, H, K, M for Europe.
• - Y, B, H, K, L, M, V for Buenos Aires and São Paulo.
• - Applies for any ticket type in all of the other Mexicana flights.
• *Subject to changes without previous notice in accordance to the Program’s Terms and Conditions.

Please note that in order to obtain your upgrade you must provide your account number when booking your flight.

• En la Ciudad de México (nacional e internacional), Guadalajara, Monterrey, Cancún y San Antonio.
• For the Member and two companions traveling on the same schedule in Mexicana, MexicanaClick, and MexicanaLink flights.

Flight and/or date change:

• Free of any service or administrative charge. For Mexicana, MexicanaClick, and MexicanaLink operated flights. (Charges for rate difference apply.)

Priority:

• In airport counters.
• Schedule change waiting lists.
• Boarding on Mexicana, MexicanaClick, and MexicanaLink flights.
• In baggage handling.

Use of the MexicanaElite International Lounge Meeting Room at the Mexico City Airport:

• By directly requesting it at the MexicanaElite International Lounge.
• Subject to availability.

This Membership does not belong to GO Levels, neither accrue GO Points.
